ANOTHER BIG HOSPITAL soon to rise in JP Laurel Ave., Bajada, Davao City.
This building is the old Cuizon Hotel in Davao, way back in the '70's or 80's and it was closed due to bankruptcy. It is located in J.P. Laurel Ave., Bajada, Davao City. As I recall, during the late 80's the building was renovated and became a casino and later on, the front part became the Duty-Free Shop in Davao. Then the property was closed and owned by Philippine National Bank.
Currently, this building is under construction again., And sooner, this will be one of the many big hospitals in the city that will serve Davaoeños in the Metropolitan Davao and the nearby areas. And it's one block away from Abreeza Mall (Ayala Malls in Davao).
Actually, there's no confirmation yet from the owner of this property if the above statement is true and correct. The information that I have are coming from the engineers who is working on this building and also from the nearby residents there. But if the rumors and hearsay is true, then this will be a great news for us Davaoeños and to our medical professionals in the city.
So, let's wait and see the result of this building renovation.
Check out the actual photos of the building below...
