SLDC Project (Santos Land Development Corporation)



For 40 years in real estate service, SLDC has become the town’s house provider that never failed to deliver its promise and true to its mission and vision.



The resume of SLDC real estate development and construction projects are as follows:

1.    NOVA TIERRA VILLAGE – Formerly MaharlikaVillage, comprising of  61.3  hectares intended for residential and commercial purposes. This was the first venture in real estate development. The 2nd phase of the project was converted into low cost housing catering to SSS and GSIS members.

2.    HACIENDA HEIGHTS -  Located in Bo. Sasa, DavaoCity with an area of 2.4717 hectares developed into 104 residential housing units.

3.    TIERRA VERDE VILLAGE – Located in Bo. Panacan, DavaoCity with an area          of 2.5216 hectares developed into 109 affordable and economic housing units.

4.    EL RIO VISTA VILLAGE – Located at Bo. Bacaca, DavaoCity with an area of  26.5624 hectares developed into 1,320 affordable and economic  housing units and commercial lots.

5.    LA VERNA HILLS – Located at Bo. Cabantian, DavaoCity with an area of  24.7135 hectares developed into 1,214 affordable and economic housing units.

6.    VISTA VERDE VILLAGE - Located at Bo. Panacan, DavaoCity with an area of  9.2027 hectares developed into 564 affordable and economic housing units.

7.  CIUDAD DE ESPERANZA -  Located at  Bo. Cabantian, DavaoCity with an area 21.1973 hectares developed into affordable and economic  housing units.

8.  LA VISTA MONTE VILLAGE  - Located at  Bo. Matina Pangi, Davao City with  an area  31.6377 hectares  developed into two (2) phases; Phase 1  was intended and  developed  for affordable and economic housing units  while Phase 2  is being  developed   in accordance with PD 957 kind of development  and is  intended for high and middle income  clients.

9.    GREEN ORCHARD VILLAGE Phase I – Located at Bo. Indangan, DavaoCity with  an    area 4.9284 hectares  developed into affordable economic and socialized  housing units.

10. REMEDIOS HEIGHTS – Located at Cabantian, DavaoCity with an area of 3.3560 hectares  developed into 185 lots  and is  intended for  middle income  clients.

11. CECILIA HEIGHTS - Located at Cabantian, Davao City with an area of 10.0586 hectares developed into  two(2) phases under  BP 220-economic kind of development; Phase 1  and Phase II comprises of  475 lots   and  is intended  for  middle income  clients..

12. PRISCILLA ESTATES - Located at Cabantian, Davao City with a gross area of  7.4078 hectares which is  being developed  into two(2) phases under  BP 220-economic kind of     development.  Phase I  with an area  of 45,518 sq.m.  comprises 169 saleable lots.  Phase 2 with an area of 28,560 sq.m. comprises of 112  saleable lots  and  are  intended for  middle income  clients.

13. ILUMINA ESTATES - Located at Communal, Davao City with a gross area of  7.8476 hectares which will be under PD 957 type of development, comprises of 240 saleable lots intended for middle income and high end clients. This area  covers the Phase 1 only and  additional area  for Phase 2 & 3 is on the pipeline of planning with an area of  152,235 sq.m.
